Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  2. Only exchange requests are accepted.

  3. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.

  4. If an unboxing video is not available, we will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, wrong, or defective product claims, and no exchange will be provided.

  5. Exchange requests are handled only through our support team during office hours:

    • Monday to Friday
    • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  6. All exchange requests are subject to verification by our support team.
